Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Carriers
All shipments are sent by UPS or USPS. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Our website will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will recieve a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.
2. Processing Time
After the order is confirmed and the payment is received, we usually arrange the shipment within 1-3 working days. If the order volume is large, the delivery time may be extended by 1-2 working days. We will update the relevant progress in real time on the order page.
3. Shipping Rates
Standard shipping cost: Calculated based on the order weight and the distance to the destination, the shipping cost is generally US$5-10 for an order weight of less than 2 kg; for more than 2 kg, the cost increases by US$2-3 for each additional 1 kg.
Expedited shipping cost: An additional expedited service fee of US$5-8 will be charged on top of the standard shipping cost. The specific cost is subject to the order settlement page.
4. Delivery Time
Standard shipping: Generally, the order will be shipped within 3-5 working days after confirmation, and it is expected to arrive at the destination within 7-14 days from the date of shipment.
Expedited shipping: If you need the goods urgently, you can choose expedited shipping service. We will give priority to shipping within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed, and the shipping time is expected to be 3-7 days.
5. Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can enter the tracking number through the logistics query portal provided by our store to track the transportation status of your goods in real time.
6. Transportation Problem Handling
If you encounter any problems during transportation, such as package loss, damage or delayed delivery, please contact our customer service team in time. You can send an email to service@omgger.com, and we will reply and assist you in solving the problem within 24 hours after receiving the email.
